PAYMENT

• Which payment methods do you accept?

At present, we are only able to accept payment through Paypal. However, don't worry! This means of payment does not require you to open an account with them, you only need to enter your card details when asked. This payment method has been chosen for simplicity for both you and us and is secure so no worries there!

ORDER PROCEDURE

• When we receive your order, we check our stock to make absolutely sure we are holding the item your require and you will receive an 'order confirmation' email from us.

• We then send you a 'dispatch confirmation' to let you know your order has been processed and that you can expect your item withing the next 5 working days. Once you have received this confirmation, you cannot cancel your order and will have to return that item at your own cost stating the reason you are returning it.

• We then track it to make sure it gets to you and you have 14 days from the day you receive it to decide to keep it or return it to us in saleable condition.
