POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

• How much is postage and what mailing options are open to me?

All our parcels are sent Recorded Delivery for piece of mind for you and us. Then you can be sure we have sent it and we can be sure you have received it! Postage is £3.95 to all you UK Mainland shoppers regardless of spend and is added to the transaction total at checkout. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot be responsible for the cost for customers to return goods. The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility. Non mainland UK and International shoppers will need to approach us for a postage quote. This allows us to give you an accurate postage quote depending on parcel weight and destination and stops you having to pay more than you need to!

• Do you recycle your packaging materials?

Where possible, we recycle our packaging materials, so if you receive your goods in packaging that looks a bit 'previously loved', then it probably is! We do this to reduce our costs and in turn, what we charge you. It also means we are doing our little bit for the environment!
