- Will you be getting any more of that item in?
Unfortunately, some items will be out of stock or be removed from the site altogether if discontinued. Occasionally customers will return items to us that do not fit. We would advise you to keep checking the site to see if your desired item becomes available again. We can even email you if the item comes back in if you would like us to! Just drop us an email describing the item and we will email you should the item become available!
- I need more information about a product.
We include as much information as possible about a product on the product page itself. If you need more detailed information, please complete the query form on the website, stating the item name and then your question.
- The product I ordered is now reduced. Can you refund me the difference?
Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance of a reduced product or reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order. We try to give any customers on our mailing list good notice of any reductions to reduce the chance of this happening.
- Can I change my order?
Once your order has been confirmed in the dispatch confirmation, it's not currently possible for you to change or cancel it as it will already be in the process of being sent to you. So, please be sure that you want to order the item and make sure that you have ordered the correct quantity and size. Please refer to our returns policy for further details.
- How can I best care for the items I receive?
To best care for your jewellery, avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
With regards to clothing garments, follow the washing instructions carefully and be aware that deodorant is prone to discolouring fabrics. Prettyful Things cannot be held responsible for such damage incurred.
- What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Pounds Sterling.
- Do you accept International Orders?
If you are from outside mainland UK and are interested in placing an order, please email us first so we can quote you postage as our current postage does not apply to non-mainland UK customers or Internaitonal customers just yet. We've found the fairest way for all concerned is to quote postage on an individual basis and then you won't get overcharged!
